What are you talking about? You have looked up the demographics of the Emirate? Their native population makes up less than 20% of the population. Pretty much all services and manual labor jobs are done by important servants while the natives live of the wealth of the resources, ensured by the governed. On top of that they think their wealth was granted by god himself, that they are the chosen people and everyone else is inferior.
