I started getting psychiatric treatment and forcing myself to do productive things like fas courses and joining clubs, creating a good CV for myself with experience, I eventually got a job after many rejections and it was extremely difficult at first learning how to integrate into society but I started to get the hang of it after 6-7 months then pursued other jobs and continued climbing up the career ladder 3 years later.

I was at a real low point in my life and I worked my way up a lot, now im at a point where mentally ive returned to suicide and asocial thoughts yet maintaining my normie life and job.
