Everybody knows that Germans have a word for every situation and every concept, so is there a word to describe people who can't answer direct questions (due to flawed arguments) and starts whining and beating around the bush?
And in english? Is there a word for it?
And in your language, how do you call them?

In Dutch we call that concept draaien (turning / spinning). There are several names for such a person, but you could call him a draaikont (turn ass).
