Culture changes with the people. It's not something that just stops in time and remains that way forever.

Therefore Culture cannot be destroyed. Certain traditions can be lost. But Culture as a whole is impossible to destroy.
Even if you killed all the jews, jewish culture would still exist. Likewise for any other groups. Aztec culture still exists for example, just look at Mexico's murder rate!
