Most of Anglos, I guess. Brits are okay but others are just too autistic.

I think it's because they don't have a language barrier and, well, everyone of them can post here. On the other hand, foreigners are forced to learn English, which can be interpreted as a natural selection of posters who are capable of something cognitively challenging.
