I don't understand. how would interacting with a quebecois change the fact that Quebec is a province of Canada? These groupings are made on a country-by-country basis, not a provincial one.

Some girls could play the part, but more like castizas.

Even if there is a lot of injun blood in Quebecers, it's much more diluted than in the rest of LatAm. It's rarely noticeable in facial structures, some people are a bit darkner skinned than others and that's pretty much the only way to know and even those are quite rare.
