Not exactly. We don't really hate, say, black people. Here's the thing: black people are extremely rare around here for various reasons, and the perception of them is mostly based on the Soviet times when these were mostly students from poor african countries, with all that comes with it. A lot of people kinda look down on them a bit, but it's not really hatred.
