Unless you are in one of the best universities (IITs, IIMs), it's a gigantic waste of time. The education system here is extremely rigid and focuses too much on theoretical aspects. It's a harrowing experience. Plus, Indian degrees have 0 value outside this country.
Also, it's very difficult to live here. You face annoyances in everything you do - whether it's going to the nearby mart to buy stuff, or getting something repaired. You will also have a hard time fitting in unless you like the culture and way of life here, which is impossible, since you are accustomed to living in a liberal society.

Well, I was thinking about applying for a master degree. Even without a scholarship is really cheap.

I have real interest in India's culture (studied sanskrit and other stuff) so I thought about a way to both achieve my degree and also visit (already work in the field so the degree would be just for the cardboard)

But the fact the degree might not have value is what worries me. The degree is in librarianship though, nothing that needs certifications.

By difficult I mean about how exigent they are about requisits (here in Argentina as long as you put the money, they don't care).

I must ask directly the dean but besides a BA (I'm from languages) it requires 50% from a BA in librarianship (I have an unfinished one but is not BA level). I mean, here as long as you have a degree and pay there's no further requirements.
