Yes, there is a group of west European Atlantic people, same as African people or Amerindian.

Saying French people don't exist is disingenuous, French exists as an ethnic group that is identifiable, French state is not a state of aforementioned Atlantic Western Europeans though, word should be Republican state of France Citizen for nigs and such they are hovernmrnt citizens of course, but French people as in west European Atlantic people are just that and citizens of state called France that is on their native soil.
