Of the people that mixed with the Slavs that came on the Balkans these are probably the least despite the long time of Ottoman occupation. In reality it was mostly with Greeks, Thracians, Illyrians and Vlachs peppered on top with waves of Celtic, Gothic, Avar, Hun, Cuman and other elements.

absolutely false on the balkan side of things. turks did not notably mix with balkan peoples. balkan slavs are native balkanites with some slavic admixture. native balkanites are exactly that - the people that lived in the balkans before slavs went there. they didn't go away when a few thousand slavs showed up, they simply mixed in
