Pretty much every country with Spanish as its language has a fertility rate which is at or below the replacement rate.

2.2 is between 2 and 3 you utter retard, and if you actually look up the numbers you'll find that pretty much every Latin American country has a fertility rate of under 2.3, which is slightly above replacement level, and this number is declining rapidly too.

That's the bulk of Spanish speaking Americas. Only Indio countries like Bolivia (2.68) and Guatemala (2.83) have higher birth rates. And even those are not THAT high.
