Thank you for watching this thread.
I am a Japanese college student.
I am looking for people who live in Japan except for Japanese and want to ask for some questions.
・What country are you from?
・Why are you in Japan?
・How long have you been in Japan?
・What do you like or dislike about Japan?
Please write your opinions as you think.
I am waiting for your cooperation.

I live in Japan, just in Taiwan right now.

>What country are you from?
US

>Why are you in Japan?
Always wanted to do it, I'd never stop think about it. Face paced world with an unmatchable aesthetic. Want to learn Japanese so I can watch anime without subtitles.

>How long have you been in Japan?
Two months so far

>What do you like or dislike about Japan?
Like
>food
>learning japanese
>qt girls
>modern
>friendly people
>the toilets

Dislike
>never knowing if somebody is genuinely nice or playing up face
>my work expects more than I think they should get for the pay.
>no weed
>not being good enough at japanese to have conversations
>limited english speakers even in big cities, but this is probably a good thing since I'm trying to learn Japanese.
>I feel guilty for eating western food in japan.
>hard to get "real" beer.

Thank you very much for your reply.
It will be very helpful.
I think that not many Japanese can talk with foreigners too.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I expected that exchange student would answer my questions.
Not all of Japanese can talk with foreigners, but we welcome your visit. Japanese often be afraid of taking mistakes in English-speaking.

literally don't know anyone who has less than 10mb internet speed
really makes you think...

>I think that not many Japanese can talk with foreigners too.
Everybody is always pretty happy when I go into shops and stuff, but it's probably a facade a lot of the time. I think they appreciate that I can order coffee and do some basic stuff in Japanese but when they say complicated things to me it goes way over my head and things get weird.
