Eventhough Finland is technically a bordering neighbour, it is easily forgotten as one. When thinking about our neighbours, we think of Denmark, Sweden, Iceland. Finland is kind of hidden behind Sweden. We like Finland, but we don't have (or we don't seem to think of them as if) we have a close relationship with them. I think most Norwegians even think of the UK more than we think of Finland.
