its quicker that way

20-30 degrees during summer.

Why do South Americans have European passports????
>>74337017
Venezuela was a top tier country for most of the 20th century, there was a lot of European immigration, mostly italian, spaniard, and portuguese.

Diaspora. I could have spanish passport, but i'm too lazy, probably some day when I need it I would get it.
>>74337262
>>74337207
What are the rules for dual citizenship in your countries and the European ones?
I think Denmark just opened up, in 2015, for dual citizenship.
>>74337308
Venezuela allows dual citizenship, but I think you can't run for president without renouncing your second nationality. Poland also allows dual citizenship.
>>74337308
You just need a document folder from your spanish ancestry, like birth certificate n shit... That's pretty much everything you need.
When I went to Germany I noticed Germans carried their passports around a lot and used it as an ID
Is this normal? Here we just use a driver's license for our ID
It has gone through some tough times...
>>74335525

Immigration. I could get a Spanish or poortuguese passport in no time due to muh-heritage but the process and paperwork is a bit time consuming
>>74337483
we do that bc we simply don't have ID
>>74337437
Too bad, Venezuela needs a president from another country.
>>74337483
sounds weird. because here in norway we have/can have ID on debit cards, drivers license etc... passports are just hidden away until we need them.
>>74337901
I've heard about this. I know of a white/british south african who said he could easily gain british citizenship if he went through the process. He said he hasn't bothered because he doesn't need it right now, so why go through the paperwork and bureaucracy am I right?
>>74338173
We don't have ID on debit cards anymore. They stopped that a year ago or so because of the National ID, but the State is so incompetent and riddled with bureaucracy that it's not here until 2018.

I got my passport when I was 17 and went to Murrica

discord is teamspeak for millenials and tech illiterates
teamspeak and mumble are better in every way for voice
and mumble has the advantage of not charging you for servers and implementing the latest technologies
also has positional audio wich lets you hear teammates on the left or right channel in mumble depending in their position in-game, and works in most valve games. Its a little wierd at first but extremelly useful
https://wiki.mumble.info/wiki/Positional-Audio
>>74338793
I tried mumble back in 2012. Didn't like it at all. Why use a shitty program I don't like just because some spaniard said it makes me a cuck otherwise online?

kek, and as I said. I also use teamspeak.
I have to use discord sometimes because some of my friends only use that.

You should definitly get out of Venezuela before you run out of money to be able to do so. You'd probably live better as a beggar in Europe, than as a middle class citizen in Venezuela.
I'm not going to bother looking for my passports at this time of night, so...

>>74339411
Yes, everything's fucked just yesterday he announced that he started the process to build a new constitution, and the constituents (the people writing and voting on the constitution) will come from the communes and the "workers".
I've been going to all marches, last week they were almost running us over. Imagine tens of thousands of people running on a packed highway from tear gas and armored vehicles. They were shooting the canisters directly at the people, they killed a guy with a shot to the chest just a few minutes after I was there. If I had stayed there a few minutes later that could've been me.

>>74340618
Why don't you come to Europe? Whatever the negatives, the positives have to be worth leaving Chavismoland?
>>74340817
My family is in Colombia, I'd rather go there than to be alone in Europe. I'm on my fourth year of university and I'm trying my best not to let those years be worthless, and a transfer to Colombia is the best way to do that.

that sounds like at least 30k/year in Western Europe.
You have a Polish passport which is also an EU passport. You could move to the UK, but it would be a lot easier to move to Ireland, and with your degree, you wouldn't have to look hard for a good job.
You'd earn a lot more than the glass ceiling they have in Colombia.
>>74341433

At first he hated it (because he came to Serbia) but then moved to Bosnia and really started to love the place.
Mind you this was when he was still like 17 so his Croatian/Bosnian is very natural, though he still speaks with a slight Bosnian accent since he learnt the language there

Damn. In Norway you have to go into the belly of the beast, the heart of the monster. The police station. You have to pull a queue-receipt and sit and wait for half an hour, to be greeted by a miserable public sector employee who obviously hates her job. You are forced to give information, and then take your picture, SIT STILL, FACE UP-RIGHT. Then take your finger prints. Then pay with your card, over 50 dollars. Then get your brand new shiny passport in the mail a week later.

it's not so bad. if i'm granted a visa to live and work here after graduation then the cost will be worth it. one of my friends was unlucky however and after two years of college was stuck in china without his family. his parents were in america violating their visas while he was in china visiting his grandparents. now he can't leave china to see his parents and they can't leave america to go see him until they get citizenship here over maybe a decade

well what he didn't tell you for some reason is that 40k is really expensive even according to the us standards. must be a private school. the public ones are 7k to 10k on average.

>granted a visa to live and work here after graduation
Sound nice, but $40k per year is incredible price in my case, btw how much the cost cheapest study per year, with granted visa?
>>74357690
7k doesn't look so bad, thanks for the information
>>74357690
13.5k tuition only, 33-35k cost of living at UCs
>>74357782
sorry, forgot to mention that is for the in-state students. foreign students have the pay the out of state rate which is more like 20k
>>74357843
35k? no way. are you renting a mansion or something? what do you count as the cost of living?
>>74357690
i'm at SUNY Binghamton and $40,000 is just an estimate, it's a little lower in reality. i pay out of state tuition, housing, books, fees, meal plan, and other things probably
>>74357904
yeah, out of state tuition plus other expenses sound about right. i would expect in a less expensive school/area it would be slightly less but still >30k. out of state tuition is really expensive.
>>74357898
it's the UC system. 7 out of the 10 schools are ranked in the top 50 nationally. the second tier state school is like half that price. and if you're out of state, you're looking at 55-60k total per year
>>74357845
no problem, again thanks for answer
>>74358104
here's out of state UC price tag

It's possible to get a part time job as a student, pay any bills and survive with that?

Venezuelan maps have Guyana (Guayana Esequiba) in them as "Zona en Reclamación"

What's the deal with the squared Pokéball at the bottom?
>>74358566
that's a symbol for a biometric passport, I'm pretty sure.

Almost everybody just gets a loan.
It's just the really rich ones that can pay for everything.
I've learned that loans get a bad rep in eastern Europe because a lot of people get them for things like expensive cars and vacations and can't pay them off, almost never for uni.
Also, If you're a foreigner you need a different type of visa to work in America.
>>74358471
yeah, usually there's jobs on campus that they fill with students like working in the library, computer lab (like signing in and out people) or at your department. they pay really well and work with your class schedule. then of course, there's outside work
one of my friend worked at the library and it was a lot of down time where they just ended up doing hw and studying and getting paid for it cause it was duirng their job. i luckily didnt have to get a job when i was undergrad cause i was on full scholarship and stipend. ended up finsihing with money in my pocket

no way part time jobs can offset 30k a year.
not realistic
>>74358646
yes but as a foreign student it would be a lot harder to get approved
>>74358641
I see
>>74348739
Same, but you have to bring a photo from a nearby studio that you pay extra for.
Also, it's more than $50 and you wait a month for it, or you can pay extra and pick it up a day after.
>>74358694
How di you get the full ride? Football?
Also, what are the wages for the mentioned jobs? Could you even make rent with it?
>>74358823
That's why most foreign students in America are rich bois
>>74358876
true. i once knew a literal african prince lmao
or so he claimed. he surely lived large.
The best passport combination is the German passport + the Serbian passport because the German one will give you FoM in the EU, all of the Western/developed world, most countries plus a bunch of work/travel agreements with other states and Serbia will give you the remaining rarities: Russia, China, Cuba and KSA all together.
>>74358823
of couse not, but it def helps. 20hr x $15per hr if you get an oncampus job, thats $300 a week. 1.2k a month. enough for rent and food if you look around for good apts and food. in the end you're only looking at tuition mainly
>>74358876
grades. i was selected to do a program before entering my first year. was only 40 of us, and we had to some classes that summer. it was really intensive and one of the class was an upper div class with a superstar profs husband-wife team. if you study physchology, you have read his and his wife's research. then it was extra money kicking in. they stopped doing this last i heard cause of budget cuts, so i was lucky tb.h.. then after first/second year, my gpa was high so the school kicked in a couple more bucks.
it helped that i didnt spend at all though. like, i would eat a parfait or a cheap chocolate bar and that would be my food for the whole day on campus that i would buy.
and see above response. thats the rate i remember seeing
