It's possible but keep in mind that unlike a lot of countries with repressive internet policies China has its own massive webosphere in Mandarin/Cantonese etc that's mostly cut off from the "western" English speaking one, so there might not even be much of a demand for it.

The US power is maintained by a navy and playing with number in finance and trying to get other countries to cuck their asses to it's financial industry. The tpp and ttip falling apart are major victories for Europe and Asia. They are both just a decade or two at most from totally shaking off the US yoke. Thing is ukraine would not be able to join the eu if nothing happened for decades. Having sevastopol under nato controll would severly threaten russia and put us even stronger under us/natos thumb. a weak nato and outside threat be it russia or isis will serve to establish a joint european defense policy.
