From my experience on the Bulgarian coast, if you're looking to party and fuck girls, go to Sunny Beach instead.

If you're trying to experience Bulgaria, visit Nessebar (pic related), Sozopol, Burgas or Varna.

Golden sands I honestly wouldn't recommend so highly, though the beach really is very gorgeous, and it is still a fun time.

You can find weed in Bulgaria easily, especially in Sunny Beach. But as you're a foreigner, expect to pay double what Bulgarians do.
