The M36 had a high-velocity 90mm cannon which was specifically designed to defeat the new Panther and Tiger tanks at long range, they had to take an M10 hull and design a new turret to mount the gun properly. Turrets don't disqualify a tank destroyer

In WWII our best general, Patton was a tank commander. He is largely responsible for why Italy toppled quickly once the American War Machine entered the theater

Fun fact: South Korea has more number of SPGs than in any other countries. It also has the third most number of tanks after USA and Russia.

We have made deals to export K-9 Thunder howitzers with Finland and Poland, as well as to India.

a tanks

It's most likely a bastardization of the English word tank since we were occupied by the British during WWII. You could say hervognur (battle wagon) or something like that to be more formal.
