The US could have all the money in the world and still not do it.

America's financial situation has and is better than most of Europe. including Paraguay.

The thing is that, ideologically, universal healthcare is considered a socialist policy, and one that deters people from making their own decision, and getting a plan that works for then.

America isn't and has never been about charity or social projects.

Obamacare merely introduces subsidies to keep low income earners from having an affordable healthcare, but again. It's still a market of private insurance companies.

The US doesn't have a universal healthcare out of ideology, not lack of money.
