Literally anywhere in canada has to be whiter than the GTA.
I highly prefer anywhere north of it, although living in places like bancroft is supposedly depressing despite the nice people, old houses, and partial hunter lifestyle.

Recently London has been doing pretty good. The city isn't really dominated by one industry, it's pretty diverse. It was really bad during the recession though. I think London had the second highest unemployment rate in the country or the province, or something like that.
