More general thoughts about what I thought about life over there... it was kind of magical. To me at least. "One Happy Island" isn't some bs motto like the entire island is extremely friendly. Even when copping drugs and hanging out in the ghettos of San Nicholas you never really feel in danger. Everyone is extremely chill. I love that island.

Also, fun aside; I let my hair grow out and it's naturally wavey. Islanders would walk up to me and start speaking Dutch sometimes.
