I probably followed my maternal genetic path in terms of height. My dad's family is one of giants (uncle is 6'5, dad's dad 6'6) but my mum's family has always been modest in height. My maternal grandad was 5'8.

Either that or I didn't get enough nutrition as I grew.

Apparently height is mostly genetic. Interestingly enough, fasting or skipping meals can actually make you grow taller because low insulin levels cause HGH releases, which is why some Africans are quite tall.

The only thing that has been proven to increase height and make someone grow much taller than their potential height is taking synthetic growth hormones like Somatropin. Sadly i only learned about this Somatropin stuff when i was already 22, if i hadn't wasted my adolescence doing useless stuff and being depressed, i could've made it.

I get acne all over my face, got scars now.

Take some zinc, manganese, magnesium niacin, chromium, vitamin A, C and E supplements and possibly a multivitamin and buy some differin from the drug store or order it online. Do these things daily and you'll probably see some clearance.

This takes a toll on your body after a while, so don't be drinking or taking any other medication that might tax your liver. This is the best and cheapest way I have found to be relatively acne free
