Besides the name "federal republic", there was a lot of discussion regarding the actual meaning or type of union. Was it a federation? Should it be a confederation? Should it be a simple military union?

Panama city looks like the best place to be imo, highly advanced and clean. Also, I would open a company. My other idea would be Costa Rica, sadly I have only connected flights in San Jose...never saw the country.
