Aspergers isn't crippling but it's definitely not inconsequential. It can mean ADHD, OCD or social anxiety which doesn't stop somebody from functioning to a degree in society but is definitely a challenge for them to hold down a job or form relationships.

Must have been a pretty severe case then, Aspergers is more of a social disorder than a mental one. Some spergs have difficulties dealing with the school system, like putting up with bitchy teachers, put tend to be fairly intelligent.

I don't know where that comes form. I've walked alone around the city at 3am and I wouldn't even feel safe going out in a group after dark in Dublin. Limerick knackers keep to themselves and in their own areas whereas Dubliners will actively approach you or heckle you on the street. The amount of street violence in Dublin is unbelievable as well, I've never seen fights breaking out on the streets in Limerick.
Unless you're planning to take a stroll into Moyross or South Hill I think you're quite safe in Limerick, in Dublin you're taking your life in your hands even just going on the Luas.

That's the way things are going around the world with city centres. Everyone goes to shopping centres and retail parks around the city, there really isn't much to do in the centre and all the best shopping is done outside of it. Castletroy, Dooradoyle, Ennis Road etc are all really nice areas and are pretty much where everyone goes for everything.

Libya used to always offer the Leaving Cert as a final examination in some schools there since their own equivalent isn't recognised by many colleges internationally, this goes back to around when Gadaffi went into power I think.
