>The European Union will abolish mobile phone roaming charges from 15 June following a vote in the European Parliament this evening.
>MEPs backed a deal between operators and European Union member states that will mean the end of extra charges when people use their phones abroad in other EU states.
>"Europeans will no longer be in a state of shock when they get their telephone bills," said Finnish MEP Miapetra Kumpula-Natri, who backed the resolution.
>From mid-June, EU citizens will no longer pay extra charges for calls, SMS messages or internet outside their home countries, when travelling in the EU.

They have also lowered the difficulties between bank transactions between member states. We are living in truly great times. If EU will stop this refugee nonsense, it will prosper without a non-stop.

Just keep working hard so we can enjoy the sunshine
It's a good ruling but I feel like this means we're pretty much heading for a federal Europe. I would much rather have some laws that would put a limit on expensive roaming fees, like "up to 50% more expensive than normal fees". This feels restricting for business and kind of reveals future EU plans.

Works quite well, since Spain gets poorer and I can easily fly to there and enjoy the sun also. I just hate bureaucratic shit going on. As long as we have less of them, I am happy.

>Pretty bad.
Stagnation is not equal to pretty bad. Collapse of communication sectors and trade with Russia also had effect on it.
