I dont think there are a lot of japanese nationals here, and by extension even less girls.

We have many Vietnamese in East Berlin (Marzahn, Lichtenberg) because of East German Socialist Past. Vietnamese were to East Germany what the Turks were for West Germany. Difference is that the Vietnamese don't cause problems and their children become more German than Germans. The place to look for Japanese is Düsseldorf. I remember that we had a real Japanese arts student in Berlin that worked as a prostitute. Fun times
