Unironically never. I fucking NEVER saw a brazilian say anything good about brazil. I had brief interactions with brazilian people irl - same shit. 85% of what brazilian people say is shittalking brazil.

The Japanese are pretty decent. One of their cultural icons was based around the atom bomb, as in Astro Boy. The humour is usually a lot more physical, slapstick, based around mocking stereotypes of different aspects of themselves and their culture.
They also popularised ironic, often self depreciating poetry, in the form of Senryuu, which pissed off a lot of higher class people at the time.
They were also the original Pepe shitposters.
