Because Scandinavia likes being in the forefront of modernism, especially in regards to politics, human rights and political correctness. With this comes western modernity that replaces traditional cultures with "American" culture.

That culture is filled with sexually liberated people who, like it or not, simply doesn't see meaning in traditional culture, but rather separate themselves into the culture that accepts them. You do have a culture, but it's just merging with American rap culture as your youth is exposed to it and your parents are without a proper say, since the sexual revolution left you with broken households.

Think you're giving Christianity way too much credit, seeing as Skandinavia in general is very agnostic. Might have had a part to play in allowing liberalism, but Christianity doesn't change culture. It adopts a culture in a country, and adapts to it. Wich is why so many variations of Christianity exists.

Catholicism is more dominating I'll agree, but isn't destroying cultures in any way. Skandinavian culture is merely being replaced.
