I was thinking about moving to the US but I dont know where.
I want to move to a place where:
population is white
low crime rate
isn't too cold(doesnt get below -10C or 14F)
isnt too expensive
isnt too far left
isnt too religious
not a big city(pop. under 1 million)
not a small city(pop over 250k)
Can you recommend me any cities like that?
I was thinking either portland oregon, madison wisconsin or maine

I'd pick Wisconsin of those choices. It will get below 14F during winter cold snaps. Oregon is pretty, but it's considered fairly left wing. I like Washington over it anyway if you're going that route. I've never been to Maine, but it gets cold too.
