Depends on the country.There are brainwashed ""people"" with "socialism ideas" who hate all related to the US and "imperalism".
On the other hand, there are brainwashed people who loves America and staff related.
In average, people don't hate the US eventhough they are 1/4-redpill about all what American's have done in Latin America. I think most of it it's because of propaganda and the media talking how great and heros Americans are and how they're fighting against terrorism, etc.
