Housing should be a universal right, not a fucking way to make rich people even wealthier while making it harder for poor people to reach the middle class.
Baby Boomer landlords are the fucking worst. In any just nation they would be rounded up and publicly executed. All they do is take away from the younger generations in order to keep protecting their unearned retirement windfall.
