England then becomes a stable, one party state who trades with Canada and Australia.

The next referendum vote isn't over freedom, it's over the EU. Scotland voted to Remain and they still want to Remain. The decision is between London and Brussels, most will pick the latter. Things are different now that Article 50 is triggered, and the only way Scotland stays in the EU is if they separate.
