The spherical thing are like hollow chips, you crack them a little from top, put some spicy (green sauce) and sweet (red sauce), a little yogurt and boiled potato and chickpea and then fill the rest with that green watery thing which is a little sour and spicy liquid.

Made out of -
Flour
Spices
Potato
Chick pea
Water
Tamarind sauce
Coriander and green chilli sauce

The most common name for it is HPS or halal snack pack.
I get people might not want to call it that, with the halal bit there, but it's just a name. You shouldn't give so much power to it.
Hell just call it snack pack.
>Looks tasty
Doesn't even begin to describe it. On paper it should taste disgusting because you have the first layer consisting of chips, the second with meat and then flooring it with sauce but it's so good. The kebab just goes really well with the chips I guess.

That's not bad. A lot of them are shoddy. But the best one I've ever had is a shop where I'm from (canberra). The one I'm talking about is mad enough to get regular orders from the Parliament if there's any meetings haha.
They don't face as much competition as they do in the suburbs so city ones are usually a lot better.

Our fast food is the same as not fast food. people eat in canteens, they serve mostly something Russian-like or neutral things like picrealted with some Asian stuff (plov and shashlik). You choose first and second couses which are ready and hot, you don't need to wait. Three years ago somebody opened first kebeb kiosks, it is called "Euro Shaurma", shaurma is associated with Moscow here more than with Asia, lol.

A pljeskavica.

Nothing special, just a bigger than average fast food burger, the plus is just that it's made on a barbecue, well mostly, fast food joints downtown can afford the luxury of releasing so much smoke so they get electric grills, which kinda defeats the purpose.

People stick a lot of other spices and stuff in the buns, like tomatoes, cabbage, lettuce, sour cream, but that's heresy and I stick to onions and minced paprika.

You can get this at almost any gas station. It's a wrap with mashed potatoes, sausage, various vegetables, fried onions and sometimes shrimps.

Norway's take on kebab. The taste varies a lot from place to place. Some are really good, some are foul. With some exceptions, they all tend to look like shit though. There's a place nearby where I live where they make the pita on the spot, is delicious and actually looks presentable, but it's ridiculously expensive. You can also get it served over fries instead of in a pita most places.

I think palmito is more common, at least here.

Cracked Conch (pronounced 'konk').
Breaded and deep fried, usually served with fries.

The area of my city I live in is mostly Brazilians, Ecuadorians, and Mexicans.

The most common quick, cheap meal is some variation on rice and beans and meat. Today I had some feijoada.

Looks great, but there aren't really any Salvadorians in my area.
