Do you mean general ideas and values and on which side they would be catogerized on and that you find it hard to believe that a person's views would all fall under one spectrum, or do you mean your current U.S politics?

Yeah in the US it's very black and white, at least to my understanding. The way you feel about a political issue is either liberal or conservative. For example regarding abortion, pro-choice is the liberal opinion and pro-life is the conservative opinion. I've heard that European politics are, for lack of a better word, more "complex" than ours. The only reason Europe has a way bigger spectrum is because we're a shitload of countries with very different views.

In most countries there are two major parties or coalition of parties battling it out to rule the country, kind of like US, but with more parties making compromises.

Immigration is such a huge question though, that many more extreme parties has gotten alot of traction, which is a shame, since they more often than not, don't have much experience or capacity to take care of other questions. In Sweden our alt-right party is soon our second biggest one, which of course forces other parties to handle thevquestion more seriously, but is a fucking shame since the party members are complete jokers, making a fool of themselves at every chance they can (with an exception of the party-leader).

I think immigration is a tough fucking question, because on one side, there are so many decent people having their lives absolutely fucking ruined that obviously deserve better, and on the other, there are so many culture-clashes making it hard to intigrate in countries, causing tons of uneducated, angry sons of immigrants, fucking up the situation even more.

I personally live in Malmö, Swedens most immigrant-dense city, and while it's in no way what Fox news would have you believe, we've reached the limit. The actual worst part is Romania, not taking care of the gypsy-population, forcing them to come here and beg. You can't have a night out without at least 4 patchy-bearded dudes with one leg hopping up and shoving a mug in your face.
