I do this.

It's always more in depth, It's like In my head the scenario is real, and I get way too into it. And I'm narrating it like I'm in an interview answering questions, about a current event happening. I also sometimes think in my head with a voice other than mine, like a character I really like. I'm probably mentally ill.
