Sorry to break it for you, but entire Europe looks like this. It's not just socialist realism that sucks but entire modernist architecture that sucks. 20 th century architecture of Paris or London also sucks.
Also rent and insurance is so expensive it doesn't really pay that much to emigrate.

Having said that after I finnish my university I am planing on becoming cop in UK, if I get lucky. If not to Ireland it is.
I will be double majoring as IT and Business Management.
