It's completely rubbish
Russia fields tons of outdated equipment to bolster there numbers
They even used t-34s up until the 70s
There budget goes towards R&D along with maintaining there outdated shit
The UK get R&D assistance from the US France meaning we don't have to spend so much and can put funds towards equipment
