China obviously beats anyone in a hypothetical asian land war (in neutral territory), but Japan has the most powerful and experienced Asian navy.

China has some good anti-ship missiles, but their naval veterancy is zero. they don't have any good admirals and their navy can't operate effectively in battle-groups.

Not realistic at all. If war were to happen, are you telling me that 200 million people (Pakistan's population is 182 million) would go to the active war zones just to blow themselves up?
Pakistan's military is formidable but Indian military is superior both in numbers and funding.
The real strength of Pakistan lies in it's alliance with China. If war were to happen, the Chinese would certainly come to Pakistan's aid. Not only would this open two or possibly more fronts for the Indian military, but also the fact that Chinese military is much more better equipped and larger than Indian military. India would have to would eventually lose but not before every side suffers huge losses.
