Dunno, some meme bread out of thousands (most bread here is just the same thing as French, Italian, and other European breads with a different name) that I have only seen a couple of times. The pic says it is named "Bizcocho Carioca", but I am not really sure.
>can i make it at home
I don't know how to make it, so I don't know, sorry :(
>>72730585
That is not a real bizcocho, tho. That one is like a meme bread that would be sold by Bimbo (a Mexican multinational bakery, that sells bread for the masses, aka, not real bread) or something.
This is a bizcocho.

are those pasas, with a dulce de leche glaze?
>>72730438
I long for a day when we have proper delicious recognisable dishes and no meme shit. That being said, this stuff is gr8
>>72730927
Yep, only that it is done with goat milk, instead of cow milk like the regular dulce de leche.
>>72730951
you have the boomin onion

>dulce de leche
It's called manjar

For some reason, ours are usually half sprinkle half pink, or half sprinkle half chocolate, like >pic related
>>72730979
desu I have never tried dulce de leche from any other countries, and we never make it from cow milk, so I really can't compare. We usually also add chocolate, vanilla and/or wine to it, so I'm guessing it is also different because of that.
We have something else that we call "dulce de leche" but that one is quite different in both looks and taste. Can't find words to describe the taste, but this one is really different to what we call "cajeta" (the dulce de leche everyone else knows). A bit confusing, I guess.

My childhood snack was/is toast with cinnamon and sugar
your move, amerifats.

I'm going to slap you stop asking for mexican advice about food they don't know shit about boiling meat
Neenish Tart, developed off some sort of German thing apparently.
It has gooey stuff inside, like a sweet syrupy goo, or custard, or chocolate.

Mexican food looks dank.
>>72731124
pues, ¿cuál es tu respuesta?
>>72731044
I like that idea actually. Only dunkin' donuts does that here. However in a bakery or grocery store, it's boring >pic related is very popular here.
>>72731082
pureed peas, burned bread with ketchup?
>>72731148
Goat milk is thicker and the taste is earthy, like if you add herbs to cow's milk.
>>72731186
Pea soup with an upside down meat pie. The upside down part is critical.
