I don't how is it like in Europe, but at least in Brazil and the other New World countries as well, what turns a place into a no-go zone is the poverty. The majority of the population there are composed by blacks and brown.

Yeah. there are some people who can't get rid of their savage culture entirely but they understand that Europeans live better not the least because of their values. I went to slacker school in a immigrant heavy neighborhood in Stockholm and it was actually chill as fuck. No fights or anything, the immigrants mostly just kept to themselves and never interacted with the Swedish speaking classes. Which I guess is bad for assimilation but eh, I had a grand old time in high school and never really thought about the fact that there were a lot of brown people around.

Fun fact, the only girl who have ever told me she loved me was a black virgin muslim girl.
