It has been scientifically proven that napping for 20 minutes immediately after drinking 1 espresso shot is better than just napping or just drinking espresso.
Therefore, it stands to reason that you can have a great night's sleep by downing 24 shots of espresso before bedtime.

I used to have trouble sleeping when I drunk coffee after 6 o clock in the evening. 5 years later and drinking 20 cups of coffee during the day on average I don't mind having 3 espresso's before bed time and still sleep like a baby. Tolerance is a bitch..
