I always go to a churrascaria owned by an alemao.

kek no. The best meat you can get here is local. Imported meat (paraguayan, brasilian, uruguayan and argie) is sold at average butcher shops and big chain supermarkets. Not saying that is not good, because it is (grass fed and all), but is not the best. This also applies for pork and poultry.
