Realistically, Russia would invade another country but at the same time europeans are such spineless bootlickers that they'd pay Putin to annex more of its neighbours. Nobody else can afford a war, too many capital interests to risk it.

I think France or Sweden.
At some point they will have to use weapons to keep their muslims in check. This will cause the millions of sandpeople all over Europe to go apeshit with 2 options:
