The kingdoms in nusantara which had the biggest influences were mostly in java and sumatra.
Philipinos didn't interact much with nusantara, except for their invasion on Ternate (instructed by the spanish empire) until the dutchies kicked them out.
If anything, Japan has more relation with them having established trades with Kingdom of Ryuku. But this is just my point of view, though. Maybe you know something more?
