1. What's the longest road trip in your country?
2. Best scenic route? (Imo)
3. What's the furtherest you've driven personally in a single trip?
Pic related, drive im currently doing (says 5 days but is more like 2, 1/2)

Fuck, i tought it was what's the longest road trip you've made.
Anyways Paraguay it's pretty bland, it's flat with some occasional rocky hills and that's about it. It kinda looks like Australia from what Google Maps tell me.
Pic related, drove from Brasília to Montevideo. It lasted 3 days in the road, with 3 night stops to sleep and 3 lunch stops.
Absolutely epic drive though. Except in šipteria, that drained all my energy in like 5 minutes
was a passenger for a route like this, 8 days of driving
problem was to go from interstate to a city often takes an hour each way, would have liked to seen more cities on the way but it takes too much time

Omg, what a trip you did. I'd like to do the same one day
These are some of the trips I've taken... there are a few into Canada and around multiple states that I haven't included just because they weren't that lengthy.
As for the most scenic drive in my country, probably the Pacific Coast Highway, but Southern Utah and some mountain passes in the Rockies are crazy scenic, too. The Blue Ridge Parkway is a classic east coast scenic drive (through the Appalachians in Virginia).
Driving to Alaska is a bit of a trip, but it's a fairly boring drive from what I know. You can, however, drive from the southernmost tip of Florida on Key West to the northernmost tip of Alaska at Barrow.
In Canada, I'd say the most scenic drive is the Icefields Parkway in Alberta. But I like mountains a lot.
Not that long but definitety differs from others

No only half and that was years ago, ferries are cheap if not free
I haven't taken any road trip worth posting, I usually travel by plane.
I do want to drive all from Curitiba do Ushuaia one day.
Pic related.

that's a boring drive
>>72428487
>swamp for the first 1000 km
>corn for the next 3000 km
I'd honestly rather shoot myself than drive through that

What are my chances of getting killed if I pull a Che Guevara road trip through South America?
>Road trips

>>72428487

tip: careful when you get to panama
>>72423619

looks good until you leave west montana and then its just corn until you reach chicago, and then sad rust belt cities until you reach new york city
although this seems to be the case with most of those roads
Is there any way to avoid the inevitable 1000-mile corn drive when doing a cross-country road trip?
