Vogueを日本語で表記する場合は、ボーグと書いたらちょっと野暮ったい感じがするのでヴォーグと書くと思います(そもそも日本語の文中でもアルファベットでVogueと書くことの方が多いと思いますが)。

人名、地名、店名、ファッション用語などの日本語表記でヴが使われることが多いと思います。
