Awful. I was there like three weeks ago. The people were poor and acted like it. They would take every opportunity to sell you shit, mostly weed, and they spoke like they were retarded. The heat was completely unbearable, everyone drove like idiots, the honking could be heard from everywhere in the city, the women were fat as shit, probably because every food you could find had had about 6 kilos of sugar dumped in it, the whole place smelled like shit, nobody would accept their currency, only Us dollars, and the streets were poorly fucking paved. At least I was in a pretty decent resort, had a great view of the bay area. The wifi was shit, the tap water (though probably technically drinkable) tasted like shit, only the bedrooms had ac, which you had to crank up as cold as possible to get any comfort.

Horrible place.
