Well, what do you have to say for yourselves?
>>72155384
probably lactose intollerant black """"""""""""people""""""""""
nothing of value was lost
>>72155384
We eat this kind of cheese everyday here.
>raw milk cheese
Only an American would have to point that out specifically.
>>72155460
Cheese is very low in lactose or even lactose free due to the aging or whatever you call it in English.
What the fuck is a raw milk cheese?
Aren't all cheeses made from "raw milk"?
What are you supposed to do, cook it?
>raw milk cheese
>>72155745
just don't let americans make cheese or people will die.
>>72155745
Non pasteurized cheese
>chef here's the milk cheese
>ITS FOOKIN RAW
>raw milk cheese
How do we stop Americans?
>>72155384
>americans make bad cheese
>dies from it
>complains to euros that it's their fault
Hmm yes yes.
>american """"""""""cheese""""""""""""""""""
Why would it matter if the milk is pasteurized?
Specific cheeses are made with specific bacteria.
Wouldn't that mean it is easier to make the **right** cheese if you are working with a clean slate?
I can't really imagine why anyone would want to make cheese with unpasteurized milk. Just like making your job harder, isn't it?
>>72157578
I bet the wanted to do it "the old way" just like all the hipster craft beers
>>72157578
The wide variety of cheeses possible come are partially due to different types of bacterial growth
>>72157578
it's mostly just a "traditional" thing
like certain cheeses must be made with raw milk or they can't be called whatever cheese they're making
parmigiano reggiano or gruyere must be made with raw milk or they wouldn't be allowed to carry that name
>be american
>eat non-plastic cheese
>die
Thank you Britain for your unbiased and objective reporting
>yanks can't do anything right
what else is new?
>>72155709
>due to the aging or whatever you call it in English.
We call it sharpening.
>be american
>survive school shooting of the week
>survive police shooting of the week
>finish off the week by eating some nice cheese
>be shot by the cheese
>>72155384
>be American
>get raw milk'd
>>72158367
"cheesed" flows better than "raw milk'd".
Greasy cheesy burger.
