Well, it depends on political preferences. In Germany you basically don't have authentical differences between parties, maybe excluding those new movements like AfD, while in Poland the biggest parties represent more differenciated philosophies (only their view on economy is relatively similar) so it's obvious that their supporters are more antagonised. That's why German whining about our democracy (eg. this thread) is so funny - in fact, it's Germany that doesn't offer any meaningful choice.
