I am going to take it seriously.

It depends on your cultural backrgound, your education, skills, age, faith and ethnicity. Every country has got it's pros and cons. And every country has got particular regions with their respective pros and cons. From my observation cons matter more. For example, for me there are only 3-5 factors that must be pros but I can bear with more cons if a country meets my requirements. I can rate some remote places in Russia more than St. Petersburg (best megapolis in my opinion) for some very important things that probably mean zero to most other people.
