Mississippi, Louisiana, mitten Michigan (sorry mom and dad). Mississippi and Louisiana are poor shitholes with terrible people (which of course makes them interesting to visit). Southern Michigan is practically a failed state. I'm pretty sure the States to put the murder rates as well, or at least have cities that do.

Actually, throw in Maryland as well. Ask it has are stuck up rich people in the south (near DC), and Baltimore which is terrible. I stopped when I was passing through the area and the whole place looked like a warzone. Got offered drugs downtown in broad daylight. Murder rate is up again this past year. It also has the worst borders in the entire country
